  Useless app. No use of running and diagnose problems with the app what it was earlier doing. It fails itself rather than identifying issues. What a waste of time. Have to call their toll free number everytime Update - Typically Autamted reply to my query. There is no such option to connect with any one via Live Chat option. Such complex UI and UX. User will be irritated to reach you. Only option left now to reach support is via Toll free number and you have to waste 3 to 5 minutes to speak

  I really don't understand after paying for whole year of plan, right from starting of the day of installation I'm facing with troubles. Not even one service person has the knowledge to address the issue from company side. They infact suggest me to do some more expenses for range extenders. Why does this app has run diagnostics when it doesn't allow me to share the True events happening with you online and troubleshoot it . Why does the set top box provided to me doesn't show 2.4ghz wifi signal

  Unfortunately, the Jio Playstore app lacks proper tracking details for service requests. It's frustrating not being able to monitor the progress of my requests efficiently. I have encountered repeated instances where my requests have been closed without adequate resolution or explanation.It is disappointing to experience such poor customer service, especially considering the reputation of Jio Fiber as a leading provider in the industry.

  Unable to access 5G network I specifically ported to a Jio connection after confirming that 5G trialrun was accessible at my address. However, after setting up, I have been unable to latch onto the 5G network when at home. My phone only connects to 4G speeds while indoors. I have already raised this issue with your customer service team previously. They stated that my problem would definitely be resolved after this interaction. However, I haven't seen any improvement. Do you've any solution??

  My experience with jio was very smooth until recently... I always reacharge for the rs 61 unlimited 5g network since it was available...and I was pretty happy with the unlimited 5g network..but from 2 3 days the network speed is constantly in 4g... maybe sometimes 4g+ and never 5g...as a result I'm only getting 6gb... I called in the customer service...they said they've raised complaint from their side...but still I'm facing the same issue....
